The principals of Strategic Advantage Consulting have nearly 50 years of campaign experience between them. From local races for township trustee and city council to United States Congress, our team has done it all.
	Joseph Statzer has worked on the policy and the political side of public service for over 20 years. With experience in Congressional races, local races, local liquor options and party politics, he is one of the more experienced principals at Strategic Advantage and brings a wide array of knowledge to any campaign.
	Scott Lepsky has held leadership positions on campaigns ranging from School Board to the United States Senate. Scott has worked as a public policy advocate for national organizations and a grass-roots coordinator for local and statewide campaigns. He has a distinct talent for crafting message and response, and brings over a decade of consulting experience to the team.
	Michael McNamara wrote the book on campaigning “The Political Campaign Desk Reference.” After 15 years of managing and consulting campaigns, working at the statewide, legislative and Congressional level and even helping win a tough write-in campaign, McNamara has breadth and depth in campaign experience. McNamara has experience working on large urban campaigns as well as local issues and races.
